Terms of Service

I reserve the right to deny any commissioned work for whatever reason.

I reserve the right to cancel any commissioned work for whatever reason, wherein a refund will be given to the commissioner.

Anyone suspected of scam will be blacklisted.

I reserve the right to blacklist anyone for any reason.

I reserve the right to change my Terms of Service at any time without notice.

CREDIT AND OWNERSHIP

I reserve the right to use any commissioned work for advertisement or portfolio purposes.

All characters belong to their original owners. The artwork belongs to me. Purchased adoptables belong to the purchaser.

The commissioner or others may NOT take credit for the commissioned work. The commissioner must credit me for the work done.

My watermark may NOT be removed for any reason unless agreed upon previously for an additional fee. Unauthorized removal of my watermark is theft and will not be tolerated.

COMMERCIAL USE

The commissioner must contact me if they decide to use any commissioned work (previous and/or current) for commercial use.

The commissioner or others may NOT profit off of my commissioned work in any way unless we have agreed to commercial use and commercial rates for said commissioned work.

TAT

Please be patient when commissioning me.

Commission times may vary depending on my backlog and schedule. Please understand that I am not a full-time artist. I have a day-job that I must prioritize.

Commissioners are free to request updates on their commissioned pieces. Do NOT abuse this privilege or attempt to pressure me to finish faster. I will not tolerate rude customers or unreasonable requests.

Commissioned works with strict deadlines will have an additional fee in order to prioritize your commission.

PAYMENT TERMS

Partial payments are accepted, but the commission will not be started until at least a 50% deposit has been made.

The commissioner accepts and understand that they will not receive the commissioned work until after full payment has been made.

Upon accepting a commission, I will email the commissioner a retainer invoice of 50% of the total bill to be paid before I, the artist, begin working on the commissioned piece.

Upon completion of the commissioned piece, I, the artist, will email the commissioner the remaining bill to be paid in full before submitting the commissioned art to the commissioner.

100% advance payment is accepted.

ACCEPTED MODES OF PAYMENT

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

For my safety and protection against scams, I do not provide refunds.

The only exception to this rule is when I, the artist, decide to cancel a commission for what ever reason.
